Christopher is President and CEO of the professional location service provider TerraLogis Consulting. In his role he advises on all aspects of international site selection and incentive advisory for industrial clients.

 

Previously he held various positions with private and public entities working on trade and investment promotion - including the U.S. Commercial Service, Germany’s leading industrial association, and the Transatlantic Business & Investment Council, an umbrella organization for 100+ local and regional U.S. Economic Development Organizations in Europe. 

 

 Christopher studied economics and international relations in Berlin & Washington, D.C. He speaks fluent German and English.

Jim has over 35 years of Economic Development and Site Selection experience, working for the State of Georgia as Director of its European Office in Brussels, and returning to the U.S. to manage Georgia’s global offices. In 2012 he set up a site selection program for the German American Chamber in Atlanta, and in 2014 founded Navigator Consulting, his own boutique site selection firm. 

Jim serves as a senior advisor and strategic partner to TerraLogis for select joint projects, including FDI strategy workshops for U.S. EDOs and site selection projects.

Tony Ramirez is a Texas based site selection and economic development professional with a background in supply chain management, multimodal logistics, and real estate. Named one of North America's Top 50 Economic Developers by Consultant Connect in 2021, and a Woody and Gayle Hunt Aspen Fellow at the Aspen Institute, he is considered a top expert in building city economies and is an instructor for the International Economic Development Council, I.E.D.C.

Ramirez is the Co-Founder at PlazaSource, LLC, a site selection advisory firm with a focus on cross-border trade, North American expansions, and Go-to-Market execution. Prior to PlazaSource, LLC, Tony served as vice-president of the local economic development organization in the El Paso, Texas region which is at the intersection of three states and two countries along the United States/Mexico border - the only region of its kind in the western hemisphere.

Ramirez spent over a decade optimizing supply chains and designing multimodal logistics solutions at a Fortune 200 company in the Ft. Worth, Texas office. Tony holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from New Mexico State University and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Paolo's prior experience includes his work at the European American Chamber of Commerce in New York (EACCNY), where he facilitated transatlantic business, trade, investment, and technology/innovation exchange.

Paolo is a NYC-native, with a BA in International Relations from Tufts University in Boston, and his additional studies include: la Sorbonne in Paris and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He is proficient in English, Spanish, French with a working knowledge of German.

David is an Associate at TerraLogis Consulting LP, where he handles corporate communications and research projects including labor cost, incentive, and due diligence analyses for potential sites.

 

Prior to joining TerraLogis, David was an Analyst for the Transatlantic Business & Investment Council in Berlin, where he helped facilitate European FDI into American communities. David has extensive experience working in economic development in both Germany and the U.S. including with the State of Virginia's European office in Munich, and with the U.S. Commercial Service in his hometown of Portland, Oregon. 

David has studied International Relations in both the U.S. and Germany including as a Fulbright Scholar and speaks fluent German and English.
